How to prepare
No fasting required. Continue eating your normal diet so the test reflects current food exposures. Avoid antihistamines for 48 hours before collection. Collect the blood spot sample using the provided allergy card and post it back promptly.
After the test
Discuss your results with a healthcare provider experienced in food sensitivity assessment. If supervised elimination is appropriate, your provider can help prioritise which foods to trial removing in phases and guide systematic reintroduction. Avoid eliminating many foods simultaneously without professional guidance, as this can lead to nutritional deficiencies and unnecessary dietary restriction.
Your test results will be available in your private dashboard. If there are any urgent issues, we'll let you know so you can follow up with your health professional.
Understanding results
Results show IgG antibody levels for each of the 240 foods tested, categorised as normal, borderline, or elevated. Elevated IgG indicates your immune system has encountered those foods, which is a normal part of immune function and does not confirm they are causing symptoms. With 240 foods tested, many results will appear elevated simply because you eat those foods regularly. Discuss your results with a healthcare provider who can interpret the patterns in context.
