How to prepare
No fasting required. Continue eating your normal diet so the test reflects current food exposures. Avoid antihistamines for 48 hours before collection. Collect the blood spot sample using the provided allergy card and post it back promptly.
After the test
Discuss your results with a healthcare provider experienced in food sensitivity assessment. If supervised elimination is appropriate, your provider can help prioritise foods to trial removing and guide systematic reintroduction to identify true triggers. Avoid eliminating many foods at once without professional guidance, as this can create nutritional gaps.
Your test results will be available in your private dashboard. If there are any urgent issues, we'll let you know so you can follow up with your health professional.
Understanding results
Results show IgG antibody levels for each of the 144 foods tested, categorised as normal, borderline, or elevated. Elevated IgG indicates immune exposure, not a confirmed sensitivity. High levels may simply reflect foods you eat often and tolerate well. Discuss results with your healthcare provider who can prioritise which foods to trial removing through supervised elimination-and-challenge protocols.
