How to prepare
Abstain from ejaculation for 2-5 days before collection for optimal results (not longer than 7 days). Visit collection centre for sample collection in private room. Avoid alcohol, smoking, and recreational drugs for several days before test. Maintain normal diet and activities. Inform provider about medications, supplements, recent illness, or fever that might affect results.
After the test
If abnormal results found, consult fertility specialist or urologist for comprehensive evaluation. Treatment options may include lifestyle modifications, nutritional supplementation, hormone therapy, surgical interventions, or assisted reproductive technologies. Repeat testing may be recommended to confirm results and monitor treatment response.
Your test results will be available in your private dashboard. If there are any urgent issues, we'll let you know so you can follow up with your health professional.
