The Men's Advanced Health Check goes well beyond a standard blood test. It covers over 60 markers across the systems that matter most for male health, including a full hormone panel, thyroid function, cardiovascular markers, liver and kidney function, iron, inflammation, vitamins and minerals.
Where the Baseline Health Check gives you the fundamentals, the Advanced panel adds the markers that are harder to get through a standard GP visit: testosterone (total and free), SHBG, DHEAS, cortisol, oestradiol, homocysteine, hsCRP, insulin and a broader vitamin and mineral profile. These are the markers that help explain what is happening behind symptoms like fatigue, low energy, mood changes, difficulty recovering from training, or gradual shifts in body composition.
This panel is suited to men who want a thorough starting point, who are tracking health over time, or who have specific areas they want to investigate more deeply. Results are presented in plain language with reference ranges, so you can see where your levels sit and have an informed conversation with your GP about what, if anything, to address.
Why start measuring your health?
Testosterone drops gradually over years. Iron and vitamin D shift with lifestyle. Inflammation builds without obvious symptoms. None of these things announce themselves, and "feeling fine" is not the same as having data.
A blood test gives you measured values across your hormones, heart health, liver, kidneys, iron, vitamins and inflammation markers. Once you have a set of results, you have a reference point. Test again in 6 to 12 months and you can see what has changed, whether the adjustments you have made are showing up in your numbers, and where to focus a conversation with your GP.
This panel is suited to men who want more detail than a standard blood test provides, or who want to start tracking their health with data over time.
