How to prepare

1. Prepare Your Kit
Wash your hands thoroughly.

2. Collect Your Sample
Express a small amount of breast milk. Apply the milk to the designated area on the dried milk spot card as directed.

3. Let It Dry
Allow the milk spot sample to dry completely at room temperature.

4. Pack and Return
Once dry, place the card in the return envelope and mail using the pre-paid label.

After the test

Share your results with your healthcare provider, paediatrician or lactation consultant. Retesting every 1 to 3 months can help track whether changes to your intake are reflected in your breast milk.

Your test results will be available in your private dashboard. If there are any urgent issues, we'll let you know so you can follow up with your health professional.
