How referrals work, where to find yours, and what to do if something is not right.
Where can I find and download my referral?
After you place your order and confirm your details, your referral is emailed to you as a PDF attachment. You can also access it at any time by logging in to your Bloody Good account and navigating to your order. Your referral PDF will be available for viewing and downloading there.
What if I haven't received my referral email?
If you can't find the referral email in your inbox, a few things to check:
- Spam or junk folder. Automated emails sometimes end up there, especially if it's the first time you've received mail from us.
- Correct email address. Make sure you're checking the inbox for the email address you used when placing your order.
- Give it a few minutes. In most cases, the email arrives promptly, but occasionally there's a short delay.
If you've checked all of the above and still haven't received it, get in touch with our support team, and we can resend it for you.
What if the details on my referral are wrong?
If the name, date of birth, or any other personal details on your referral are incorrect, please contact our support team before attending the collection centre. Our team can update the details and issue a corrected referral, usually within the same business day.
How long is my referral valid for?
Your referral is valid for 6 months from the date you place your order. If your referral expires before you've had your sample taken, get in touch with our support team, and we can help you sort out a new one.
What if the referral PDF won't open?
If the PDF isn't opening or displaying correctly:
- Try opening it in a different browser or on a different device.
- If you're on a phone, make sure you have a PDF viewer installed (most phones have one built in, but it may need updating occasionally).
- Try downloading the file rather than viewing it in the browser.
