How to check your order status, when to expect your referral, and how to make changes to your order.

How do I check the status of my order?

Log in to your Bloody Good account to see the current status of your order. Your account will show whether your order has been confirmed, whether your referral is ready, and where the process stands. You should also have received an order confirmation email shortly after purchasing. That email is a good reference point if you need to double-check what you ordered or when you ordered it.

How do I track a shipped at-home test kit?

If your order includes a home collection kit or physical materials, you will receive tracking information via email once the item has been dispatched. You can use the tracking link in that email to follow the delivery progress. If you haven't received a tracking email and you're expecting a shipped item, check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, get in touch with our support team, and we'll look into it.

What if my order was sent to the wrong address?

If you've realised the shipping address on your order is incorrect, contact our support team as soon as possible. If the order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can usually update the address before it ships. If it's already on its way, we'll work with you to figure out the best next step.

Why isn't my order showing in my account?

If you've placed an order but it's not appearing when you log in, a few things to check:

  • Email address. Make sure you're logging in with the same email address you used to place the order. If you used a different email at checkout, the order will be linked to that account instead.
  • Order confirmation. Search your inbox (including spam) for a confirmation email from Bloody Good Tests. If you have one, the order went through, and it should appear in the account linked to that email.
  • Payment. If you don't have a confirmation email, the payment may not have been completed. Check your bank or card statement for the charge.

If you've tried all of the above and still can't find your order, reach out to our support team with whatever details you have (the email you used, approximate date, order number if you have it), and we'll track it down.
