Our Lab Tests

How to choose the right biomarker test, what is included in each lab test, and what we offer.

What test categories do you offer?

Our lab tests are grouped by health focus area. You'll find options covering things like:

  • General health and wellness
  • Energy and fatigue-related biomarkers
  • Thyroid function
  • Iron studies
  • Hormones
  • Heart health markers
  • Vitamin and nutrient levels
  • Liver and kidney function

Each product page lists exactly which biomarkers are included, what they measure, and how the panel relates to your broader health picture. That's the best place to get the full details on any specific test.

What's included in each lab test?

Every lab test page shows a complete breakdown of the biomarkers measured. For example, a thyroid panel lists the specific thyroid markers included, and an iron panel shows which iron-related biomarkers are covered. If you're looking for a particular biomarker, the product pages are the fastest way to check whether it's included.

Can I combine multiple lab tests into one referral?

If you're interested in more than one lab test, you can order multiple tests and have them all collected in a single blood draw at the collection centre. There's no need to book separate appointments or have multiple needles. Your referral will cover everything you've ordered.

How do I choose the right test?

If you're trying to decide between panels or aren't sure which biomarkers are most relevant to what you'd like to monitor, your GP is a great resource. They can help you think through which areas of your health you'd like to keep an eye on, and whether a specific panel aligns with those areas. It's also worth noting that our tests measure biomarkers. They provide data points about your body's current state. They're not designed to diagnose conditions, and results are best understood in conversation with your GP, who can factor in your medical history and overall health.

What if I can't find the biomarker or lab test I'm looking for?

If you can't find a particular biomarker or lab test on our website, get in touch with our support team. We're always expanding what we offer, and we can let you know if something is in the works or suggest an existing panel that covers similar ground.

Can I get personal advice before taking a test?

Unfortunately, we cannot provide that service. It requires a detailed medical history, and we don't offer that type of service at the moment. If you are temporarily taking medication, we advise you to wait at least 2 weeks after completing your treatment before testing. If you are on continuous medication, consider this when interpreting your test results. If you have questions about how your medication might affect your test results, we recommend contacting your regular doctor or reading more here.
