Overview

Why start measuring your health?

Fatigue, brain fog and low energy are common, and often get written off as stress or hormonal fluctuations. A baseline blood test gives you data instead of assumptions. It shows where your iron sits, whether your thyroid is functioning within range, and how your liver, kidneys, cholesterol and vitamins are tracking.

The Women's Baseline Health Check covers the markers that shift over time without obvious symptoms. Once you have a baseline, future tests become more useful because you can see how your own numbers are changing.

After the test

Review your results and note any markers outside the expected range. Book a follow-up with your GP to discuss any flagged results. Retesting in 6 to 12 months gives you a comparison point to see how your markers are tracking over time.

Your test results will be available in your private dashboard. If there are any urgent issues, we'll let you know so you can follow up with your health professional.
