How to prepare

Collect urine samples on filter paper at specific intervals over a 24-hour period as directed in the kit instructions. If possible, avoid hormone supplements for 48 hours before testing. Ship samples using the prepaid return envelope.

After the test

Review your results with a practitioner experienced in dried urine hormone testing. They can interpret the metabolite patterns in the context of your symptoms.
